Brcko District Port Audit and Management Study |
In 2002, Corporate Solutions in association with Baxter Eadie and Norton Rose won a contract to perform a study of Brcko port activities and provide recommendations for its future development. The team conducted a detailed study of ports operations and financial transactions and prepared financial statements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards. The project also included a review of the port's management structure, legal framework, workforce and market position. As a result of the review, different future development options were presented with analysis of risks and opportunities along with the Consultant's recommendations. |
