In association with Lubbock Fine, Corporate Solutions reviewed the Banks' development strategy and conducted an audit of the banks operation. This led to comprehensive recommendations for institutional development and the requirements for a management information system to support the implementation of the Bank's strategy. The objectives of the project included: review of the Bank's strategy; audit of the banks existing banking operations; review of existing information systems; assessment of the bank's business plan; definition of management information systems needs; and formulation of an institutional development plan. |
